We are open Monday to Friday, Also check our price calculator for the exact cost and the exact breakdown of the services you will require.

2

Register online

Submit to us all the information required by immigration, using our secure form. This will allow us to prepare your file in advance, saving you time and making your visit with us quicker and less stressful.

3

Make an appointment

After you have registered please phone us to make an appointment. We are currently booking appointments in the next . You will be given instructions about what exactly to bring with you to the appointment.

Groups of 2 or more people will require an online prepayment to reserve a block of time.

4

Arrive for your appointment

You will be seen immediately. The whole visit usually takes 90 minutes for a single person or about 120 minutes for a couple.

You will have a standard physical examination by the panel doctor. This does not involve an internal examination or breast examination. It will be necessary to undress for the examination, down to your underpants. You will receive a sheet to cover yourself. A chaperone may be available if a female examinee requests one. More details...

Depending on age, you may also need a chest X-ray and laboratory tests. The tests do not require fasting (you can eat before you come in). Some applicants require only the X-ray and nothing else. If you are pregnant and are concerned about X-rays, check here.

5

That's it

As soon we have received all your lab reports (usually within 3 days), we will transmit your medical report to New Zealand Immigration via the eMedical portal. You will receive an answer directly from the New Zealand authorities. The doctor is not informed about the outcome of your application.
